Welcome to Corporatekeysa (Pty) Ltd. By accessing and using our website or booking our fully furnished rentals in Bloemfontein, you agree to the following terms:

1.1 Services Offered

Corporatekeysa provides short and long-term rental accommodation in fully furnished 1-2-3 -bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouses designed for corporate clients, relocation teams, and professional travelers.

1.2 Booking and Payment

• Quotes are issued per inquiry.

• A refundable deposit is required upon acceptance.

• Full payment is required before check-in.

• Monthly rentals Not include electricity.

1.3 Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

1.4 Use of Property

• Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition.

• No smoking or pets unless explicitly agreed.

• Noise restrictions apply after 9 PM.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

Corporatekeysa (Pty) Ltd  is not liable for loss, damage, or injury during your stay unless due to gross negligence.

1.6 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
