Welcome to Corporatekeysa (Pty) Ltd. By accessing and using our website or booking our fully furnished rentals in Bloemfontein, you agree to the following terms:

1.1 Services Offered

Corporatekeysa provides short and long-term rental accommodation in fully furnished 1-2-3 -bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouses designed for corporate clients, relocation teams, and professional travelers.

1.2 Booking and Payment

Quotes are issued per inquiry.
A refundable deposit is required upon acceptance.
Full payment is required before check-in.
Monthly rentals Not include electricity.

1.3 Cancellations & Refunds – Corporatekeysa Pty Ltd

Non-Refundable Bookings
All confirmed bookings are non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed, the accommodation is removed from the market and prepared exclusively for the guest.
Timing of Cancellation
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, including on the day of arrival or non-arrival, are non-refundable.
No-Show
Failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior written notice will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Discretion
Any consideration of exceptions, including date changes or partial refunds, is entirely at the sole discretion of CorporateKeySA and does not create a precedent.

1.4 Use of Property

Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition.
No smoking or pets unless explicitly agreed.
Noise restrictions apply after 9 PM.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

Corporatekeysa (Pty) Ltd is not liable for loss, damage, or injury during your stay unless due to gross negligence.

1.6 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
